.The above daily rates are inclusive of VAT but exclusive
of US$ 14 non-refundable fee for maximum deposit waiver
of US$ 534. This is not payable if a deposit of US$
534 is paid. Despite the max deposit waiver, the hirer is
still liable for any damages to the car and insurance excess claimed
in case of accidents.
- Deposit
is payable on self drive and is fully refundable
on clean inspection of the vehicle upon return. Rates are exclusive
of fuel.

are available on self drive/chauffeur driven
- Chauffeur
driven vehicles: Driver allowance = US$ 20 per day
- Clients
on self drive will be required to produce the following documents:
Originals and Photocopies of:
- A
valid copy of your driving License. (Minimum 2 years experience)
- Identification
Card/Passport
- Original
copy of recent Personal Utility bill. (Electricity or Water
bill)
- We
shall make any reasonable effort to replace and deliver a similar
vehicle in cases of mechanical failure.
Unlimited
Milleage:200 US$ per day inclusive of taxes and exclusiveof fuel
and any entrance fees

INSURANCE
A compulsory daily insurance charge is payable by the hirer. All
our vehicles are insured but in all cases, the hirer is responsible
for repairs arising from damage to the vehicle to a tune of US$.
120/- or 10%, whichever is greater. In the event the cost of repairs
is less than US$ 120-, the hirer will meet the entire cost. Windscreen
and broken glass are the responsibility of the hirer. Loss of tires
& tools are not covered by CDW.
SECURITY
Collision Damage Insurance:(CDI).
When CDI is declined, the renters financial responsibility will
be the full value of the damage to the vehicle and loss related
expenses: regardless of fault. If CDI is accepted the renters responsibility
(Non waiver responsibility) will be US$ 833.
Theft
Protection Insurance (TPI):
When TPI is declined, the renters financial responsibility in case
of theft will be the full value of the damage to the vehicle and
loss and related expenses, regardless of fault. If TPI is accepted
the renters financial responsibility (Non Waiver Responsibility)
will be for smaller vehicles US$ 833.
All
rates are inclusive of Collision Damage insurance (CDI) and Theft
Protection insurance (TPI).
Terms/Conditions
PAYMENTS
Full payment of the period of hire and for the estimated distance
is to be made when taking over the car. In addition to a deposit
of US$ 850 is required from a hirer. The deposit is refundable upon
safe return of the vehicle less any outstanding invoices. Windscreens,
Broken glasses/lenses, loss of tires and tools are responsibility
of the hirer.
Payments
can be made by: Travelers cheques, Bank Deposits, Cash payment,
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and JCB)
Chauffeur
driven
Applicable during working hours (0800 - 1800 hours). Drivers overtime
charges after 1800 hours are US$ 4 per hour.
Driver
The hirer must be between the age of 23 and 70 years.
DRIVER'S
LICENCE
The hirer and/or authorized driver must have held a valid driving
license for a minimum of 2 years up to and including the time of
hire and that license. A driving license from the country of residence
or an International Driver's Permit is generally acceptable, provided
valid as above
